Take a moment to work out which ‘choc’ you are. It will really help you find your path to health and happiness.

We’re all different - some of us want to lose weight, some want to feel more energised, some know they’re great people and can’t work out why Mr/Miss Right is still hiding. And then there’s our body type – what works for Madonna, won’t work for everyone. No two people are exactly the same. So why blindly follow everyone else?

I love to have fun and my goal in this blog is to show you that getting the results you want doesn’t have to be hard work - in fact, all that hard work is counter-productive!
