6 Things You Didn't Know to Avoid After a Meal

1. Sleeping immediately - the food will not be able to be digested properly. This can lead

to gastric infection in your intestine.

2. Smoking (if you must smoke at all) - smoking 1 cigarette after a meal has the increased cancer risk of smoking 10 cigarettes

3. Loosening your belt – this can cause the intestine to become twisted & blocked.

4. Fruit - this will cause the stomach to be bloated with air. Eat fruit 1-2 hrs before or after a meal.

5. Bathing - this will cause an increase of blood flow to the hands, legs & body and a decrease to the amount of blood around the stomach, thus impeding digestion.

6. Walking - walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food you ate.

So the solution is pretty much to just relax after you eat
